Meet Our Trainer

LOZ - ACCREDITED NUTRITIONIST & PERSONAL TRAINER

Loz Harvey founded HRV Fitness to help busy women, men & sportspeople build sustainable nutrition, mindset, and exercise habits that fit their lifestyles. Having grown up in the elite sporting arena, she knows firsthand that fad diets, excessive cardio, and restrictive habits & attitudes only lead to frustration and unhappiness. Through her advanced education in meal planning, nutrition, exercise physiology and fitness, Loz created a balanced, but more importantly, sustainable approach—one she now teaches to others.


As a mum of 6 (YES! 6!), Loz understands the challenges of prioritising health while juggling daily responsibilities. She specialises in working with pre- and post-natal clients, as well as clients navigating injury rehabilitation, sporting challenges, and other sporting goals. 


HRV Fitness is designed to educate and empower you with guidance and motivation.Loz will help create life-changing, sustainable habits that support both physical and mental well-being. 

Whether you're a busy professional, a mum, a sporting professional, or recovering from an injury, HRV Fitness provides a flexible, results-driven approach tailored to your needs.
