Our 16-week personalised coaching program is our most popular program which offers education and guidance to help you reach your goals through adjusting your meal plan & nutrition habits with an additional option to include exercise coaching.  Overall with this program, we focus on not only reaching you goals but also teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle long-term. 

CONSULTATION & COACHING

Initial consultation to ensure we cover all aspects of your current lifestyle prior to tailoring your fitness & nutrition plan. Close contact direct support with weekly check ins  & chat support 5 days per week.

HABIT ASSESSMENT

Habits assessment such as step count, water intake & mindset work tailored to your goals.

Let's make sure you hit the daily targets you are able to hit - then make it a habit! 

TAILORED FITNESS & NUTRITION

Fortnightly tailored meal plans with two dinner options - inclusive of calories & macronutrients breakdown per meal. 

Tailored fitness program based on your current lifestyle circumstances - home & gym - including video demonstration links for all exercises. 

HRV FITNESS APP

Access to the client exclusive HRV Fitness app including all educational content in the HRV HUB & access to the HRV FITNESS menu with over 200+ family & budget friendly recipes. 

COUPLES/SPORTSPERSON OPTION

In our couples coaching program option we work with both of you to form individual exercise & nutrition plans (to meet your individual needs) that fit easily into your routine and lifestyle as a couple. 

We will tailor similar meals to minimise your supermarket spend and time in the kitchen to make it a more enjoyable experience for you both. 


Sportspeople - super tailored for your specific sport related goal or coming back from injury and/or injury prevention nutrition.

Our expert trainers will design a workout plan tailored to your fitness level and goals. We'll help you stay motivated and track your progress along the way.

NUTRITION COACHING

Personalised calorie and macro targets.

6 tailored meal plans in total & access to our HRV FITNESS app where you can track your progress.

You will receive one full day meal plan each week, tailored to dietary requirements e.g., vegan, vegetarian, gluten + lactose free.

Meal plans are allocated fortnightly so you will be able to rotate between. 

HRV FITNESS APP

You will be able to access message-based support through the app. This is to provide accountability. All plans and programs are easily accessible through our exclusive app.
