WHAT DOES A PERSONALISED PROGRAM INCLUDE?

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PERSONALISED PROGRAMS?

You'll gain access to our exclusive HRV Fitness APP, designed for easy navigation. A step-by-step video guide will show you how to use the app, including how to access your workout routines, meal plans, and program details.


I'M NEW TO THIS WORLD AND HAVE NEVER HAD A COACH BEFORE. WILL I BE OK?

Absolutely! This is a great way to start your journey. Your personalised program will match your fitness level, helping you build confidence and improve progressively.

HOW LONG DO I NEED TO EXERCISE?

After joining, you'll fill out a pre-screen form that asks about your lifestyle. You can select how long and how often you'd like to train. We recommend a minimum of 30–45 minutes per session, at least three times a week. The first few weeks may take longer as you adjust, but soon the routine will become second nature.


I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO A GYM. CAN I DO HOME WORKOUTS AND WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

Yes! Your program will be customised based on what equipment you have. Over time, investing in dumbbells and resistance bands will enhance your home workouts. 

I'm unsure if a personalised program is right for me. 


CAN I SPEAK TO SOMEONE BEFORE COMMITTING?

Absolutely! Click on the program options to request a consultation, or simply click HERE to chat with us. 


WHAT IF I START A PERSONALISED PROGRAM BUT CANT CONTINUE?

Refer to our REFUND POLICY page for full details. If extenuating circumstances arise, we'll happily pause or extend your program until you're ready to return. Payments will continue, but you'll receive credit for missed weeks.


CAN I PARTICIPATE IF I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION OR AM PREGNANT?

For medical conditions, we require written clearance from your healthcare professional. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, or recovering from an illness or injury, please seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before participating.


CAN I TRANSFER MY PERSONALISED PROGRAM TO SOMEONE ELSE IF I CAN'T COMPLETE IT?

Unfortunately, no. Each program is tailored specifically to your goals and cannot be transferred. Please review our TERMS OF SERVICE page for more information.


CAN YOU PERSONALISE THE SELF-MANAGED OR ONE-OFF PROGRAMS TO MY GOALS?

Meal plans are personalised, but exercise programs are designed as general workouts to introduce a healthier lifestyle. For a fully customised experience, consider our personalised programs. Click HERE to see your options.  


I'M A BEGINNER - IS THE 6 WEEK SELF-MANAGED PROGRAM FOR ME?

Yes! Our programs are simple and accessible for all levels. You can select your fitness level and choose between gym or home-based workouts. Each exercise comes with video demonstrations.

What equipment do I need?

You'll need resistance bands and, if working out from home, a set of dumbbells. Affordable options are available at Kmart and Big W.


DO I HAVE TO SEND UPDATES/CHECK-IN WHEN I JOIN THE 6 WEEK PROGRAM?

No check-ins are required. The self managed program allows you to start on your own terms, whenever you're ready.

I have a medical condition. Can I complete the self managed program?

Always consult your healthcare professional before starting any fitness program. Certain conditions may require written clearance before beginning. For more information, review our TERMS OF SERVICE page.
